Pre-Order & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in MinaRosa products. By placing a pre-order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a MinaRosa product before it becomes generally available. Pre-ordering helps us estimate demand, plan manufacturing, and prepare for product fulfillment.
Please note that products purchased through a pre-order are not yet in stock and may have estimated shipping dates that are subject to change.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Any delivery or shipping dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While MinaRosa will make reasonable efforts to meet projected timelines, delays may occur due to manufacturing, product development, testing, regulatory review, supply chain constraints, shipping disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will communicate significant delays to customers as appropriate.
Payment
A $150 pre-order deposit is collected at the time of pre-order.
The deposit reserves your MinaRosa device and will be applied toward the remaining purchase balance. Any remaining balance will be due according to the payment terms presented at checkout, typically when the product is ready to ship.
By submitting a pre-order, you authorize MinaRosa to process payment according to the terms presented at checkout.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may cancel their pre-order prior to shipment by contacting us at support@minarosatech.com.
Refunds
First 100 Customers — Refundable Deposit
As an early adopter benefit, the first 100 customers who place a MinaRosa pre-order may cancel their pre-order and receive a full refund of their $150 deposit at any time prior to shipment.
After the First 100 Customers — Non-Refundable Deposit
Once the first 100 pre-orders have been reached, the $150 pre-order deposit will be non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.
If MinaRosa is unable to manufacture, launch, or deliver the product, customers will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
If MinaRosa experiences significant manufacturing, regulatory, product development, or supply chain delays, MinaRosa may provide customers with the option to cancel and receive a refund, as determined by MinaRosa.
Once an order has shipped, refunds and returns will be governed by MinaRosa's standard Return & Refund Policy, which will be published prior to commercial product availability.
Product Development and Changes
As MinaRosa continues product development, certain specifications, features, packaging, materials, colors, software functionality, or design elements may change before final production.
We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to improve product quality, safety, usability, performance, or regulatory compliance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinaRosa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from delays in manufacturing, development, shipping, or fulfillment.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
