MinaRosa Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in the MinaRosa Referral Program. By joining or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. How the Referral Program Works

The MinaRosa Referral Program allows approved affiliates to share their unique referral link with friends, family, and their community.

When a new customer uses an affiliate's unique referral link and completes an eligible MinaRosa pre-order, the referring affiliate may earn a $25 referral reward.

Referral rewards are subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the MinaRosa Referral Program, you must:

• Register for an affiliate account.

• Provide accurate account information.

• Use your unique MinaRosa referral link when referring customers.

• Follow these Terms & Conditions and the MinaRosa Affiliate Guidelines.

• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

MinaRosa reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account if there is suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of the program rules.

3. Eligible Referrals

A referral is considered eligible when:

1. A new customer uses the affiliate's unique referral link.

2. The customer completes an eligible MinaRosa pre-order.

3. The required payment is successfully processed.

4. The order is not subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.

5. The transaction complies with these Terms & Conditions.

The referral must be properly attributed to the affiliate through MinaRosa's referral system.

4. Referral Reward

Affiliates will receive a $25 reward for each eligible successful referral.

The reward is earned only when the referred order satisfies all applicable eligibility requirements.

MinaRosa may delay the issuance of a referral reward while an order is being reviewed for payment status, cancellation, refund, fraud, duplicate referrals, or other eligibility issues.

A referral reward is not earned simply because someone clicks an affiliate link, signs up, or places an order.

5. No Customer Discount

The MinaRosa Referral Program does not currently provide a separate discount or monetary reward to the referred customer.

The referral benefit is the $25 reward earned by the referring affiliate when an eligible referral is completed.

6. One Referral Per Customer

A customer may only be attributed to one affiliate for a qualifying purchase.

MinaRosa may determine referral attribution based on the information recorded by the referral system.

7. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own referral link to refer themselves.

Affiliates may not create or use another account, identity, email address, payment method, or other information for the purpose of generating a referral reward from their own purchase.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Failed Payments

A referral reward may be cancelled or reversed if the qualifying order:

• Is cancelled;

• Is refunded;

• Has a failed or reversed payment;

• Is disputed or subject to a chargeback;

• Is identified as fraudulent or abusive; or

• Otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements.

If a reward has already been issued and the underlying order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, MinaRosa may reverse the reward or deduct the amount from future eligible rewards or available affiliate credit.

9. Affiliate Store Credit

Where applicable, earned referral rewards may be provided as MinaRosa store credit.

Store credit may be used toward eligible future MinaRosa purchases according to the redemption options available through the affiliate system.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

10. Referral Links

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link.

Affiliates are responsible for using their assigned referral link correctly.

Affiliates may not:

• Manipulate referral tracking;

• Alter or interfere with referral attribution;

• Use another affiliate's referral link without authorization;

• Use misleading redirects; or

• Engage in activities intended to generate artificial referrals or commissions.

11. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not promote MinaRosa through:

• Spam;

• Misleading or deceptive claims;

• Fake reviews or testimonials;

• False medical or health claims;

• Fraudulent transactions;

• Self-referrals;

• Fake accounts;

• Automated or artificial traffic;

• Unauthorized use of MinaRosa's trademarks or brand assets;

• Unauthorized paid advertising using MinaRosa trademarks or brand terms; or

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or advertising platform rules.

Affiliates must not represent themselves as MinaRosa employees, healthcare professionals, official representatives, or spokespersons unless specifically authorized.

12. Health and Product Claims

MinaRosa operates in the women's health space, so affiliates must take particular care when discussing MinaRosa products.

Affiliates should only use product information and claims provided or approved by MinaRosa.

Affiliates must not claim or imply that MinaRosa:

• Diagnoses a medical condition;

• Cures a disease or medical condition;

• Guarantees a particular health outcome;

• Replaces professional medical advice; or

• Has received regulatory approval for a claim unless specifically approved by MinaRosa.

When in doubt, affiliates should contact MinaRosa before making a health or product claim.

13. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates should clearly disclose their relationship with MinaRosa when sharing their referral link.

For example:

"I'm a MinaRosa affiliate, which means I may receive a reward if you purchase through my referral link."

The disclosure should be clear and easy for the audience to understand.

14. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the MinaRosa Referral Program does not guarantee any particular amount of income, referrals, commissions, or rewards.

Affiliate results may vary based on individual activity and other factors.

15. Program Changes

MinaRosa may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program or any part of the program.

Changes may include adjustments to:

• Referral reward amounts;

• Eligibility requirements;

• Referral attribution;

• Redemption methods; or

• Other program rules.

MinaRosa will communicate material changes through appropriate channels where required.

16. Program Termination

MinaRosa may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation if the affiliate:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions;

• Violates the Affiliate Guidelines;

• Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity;

• Misrepresents MinaRosa or its products;

• Attempts to manipulate the referral system; or

• Engages in conduct that may harm MinaRosa, its customers, or its reputation.

Pending or unpaid rewards may be reviewed for eligibility upon termination.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in the MinaRosa Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the MinaRosa Affiliate Guidelines.
